To place an order, add the items that you wish to purchase to your cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page to pay for your order. You don’t need an account to place an order. You only need an email address and contact information. After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email.

Rapozza does not receive or store any payment information. All your payment details are handled by Stripe and they are only sent directly to the bank.
Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 day return policy from the day you placed your order. A $7 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. -
Items tagged as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.

You can use the return label that came in your package. Make sure you adhere the return label on top of the old shipping label.

We process returns within 3 days after receiving them. We will let you when your return is approved.

After approving your return, your refund will be applied to the original payment. Please allow 5 business days for the bank to process your refund.
